Three Massachusetts men have been arrested and indicted for burning a black church shortly after Barack Obama was elected president in November. The three men were arrested earlier in the month on conspiracy charges, a federal grand jury handed up the indictment charges against the men yesterday.

AT&T reports Lil Wayne is the most popular musical artist on Facebook and that more of AT&T's customers downloaded his ringtones last year than any other artist. Looks like Lil Wayne understands what the future of music is all about.

More news coming out the Michael Vick camp, he is now suing his financial adviser for 2 Million dollars. He says that Mary Wong used his money for her own personal and business uses. This news comes after Vick was sentenced to 23 months in the federal pen.
