3 Men Indicted For Burning Black Church After Obama Election |

Three Massachusetts men have been arrested and indicted for burning a black church shortly after Barack Obama was elected president in November. The three men were arrested earlier in the month on conspiracy charges, a federal grand jury handed up the indictment charges against the men yesterday.
The men will be charge with hate crimes, the indictment alleges the men set the fire because of racial motives.
